is it safe to eat yogurst after dental surgery?
I just got my wisdom teeth extracted, and am on a cold-soft diet for the next 24 hours. I'm just wondering if eating yogurt is ok? i'm just a little bit worried because if I understand correctly, it's made from cultured milk, which means it's been introduce to bacterial cultures. will that be bad for my healing wounds? thanks! (and what other foods would you recommend?) oops. sorry for all the misspelled words. the pain is rather distracting. ha ha!

- yes it wont due damage and other foods are like soups and chowders
- I dunno how many wisdom teeth you got extracted but yes it should be fine, don't worry about it. If you think it will harm you eat something else.
- I had a lot of teeth pulled (14), I ate yogurt all the time and my dentist told me it was perfect because it has lots of proteins and lots of calcium, both of which make bone. He also said that probiotics strengthen the immune system and protect against cavities. So I guess you're good and safe
