Where can I get dental surgery to get permanent Vampire fangs, how much does it cost?

I am looking into getting dental surgery to turn my canines into actual vampire-like fangs. I'm looking for a very good and professional dentist, the price, and any after affects. Does anyone know how much it would cost and where I can find a dentist that would do it? I live in New York. (and no I don't actually believe I'm a vampire, its just something I want)
